I had a boss who has half of an arm gone, my brother broke his forearm almost in half and one my of best friends became paraplegic in his 20's. All of them directly due to lack of workplace safety. There are no excuses. This mill owner needs to take this seriously and stop shifting the blame before someone gets hurt.
