The point is.....incarcerated criminals have more rights and privileges than a lot of people living outside of prison.

They have access to education, healthcare, physical activity, entertainment, 3 healthy meals a day along with snacks in between, and yes conjugal visits; oh and for those that didn't know they even have the right to vote in provincial and federal elections. (Don't know about municipal)
.
Conjugal visits I believe should be for those incarcerated that were married before and remain married during their incarceration.

Doing time has turned into a holiday of sorts paid for by the tax payer. They get new eye glasses when required, can apply to have lazik surgery, they receive regular dental check ups and any subsequent work that may be required.( this can and does include root canals and caps )

Many are cared for better inside than before they committed their crime.

She just got herself an extended holiday with full healthcare for she and baby at our expense.

And that is why many of them do not want to leave jail,

Just to set the record straight, this was not a conjugal visit between two prisoners who were both in jail. The man was out on parole at the time, but has since gone back in due to parole violation.

even worse, they let a guy on parole in the community visit a lifer in jail for sex, how does a guy on parole even get the ok to visit a lifer in jail anyway, the fact that he is back in jail due to a parole violation proves he should not of been ok'd the visit to begin with
