I did not find any contradiction between the documents and Ezra's commentary, and as for the second video, don't know what the 'ell that is all about, I find nothing there also.

So unless you can point these discrepancies out, you've got nothing.

But the letter from the College of Physicians and Surgeons that he has in his hands and posted on his website actually points out that Dr. O’Conner did answer the correspondents from Dr. Grimsrud.

In the second example, Sheila provides a video of a halal slaughter that she would like viewers to believe took place at Creekstone Farms in Kansas.

But the slaughter actually took place in Argentina for Halal Catering Argentina (http://www.thehalalcateringargentina.org).

This is the quote that Ezra was referring to in the video 8:17-8:35

Lisa Jensen, the AH&W researcher, sent emails to Dr. O'Connor on May 24 and May 30,2006
asking Dr. O'Connor to provide her with a list of names of patients with cholangiocarcinoma
(May 24) and asking for a list of names of patients with various cancers and other conditions of
interest.
Dr. O'Connor did not reply to either email. He acknowledges that the emails are correctly
addressed but is adamant that he did not receive them and that, had he received them, he would
have provided the requested information.

. . . not this one you falsely referenced to.

On June 14,2007, the Acting Chief Medical Officer of Health for Alberta, Dr. Karen Grimsrud, wrote Dr. 0'Connor and requested that he provide the names of patients who'd suffered from colon cancer and cholangiocarcinoma. When no response was received, she wrote again on August 1,2007; Dr. O'Connor promptly replied to this request with a list of names.

It proves that Dr. 0'Connor was stonewalling only to finally comply after first requests were constantly deflected, refused and or ignored -- of which has little to do with the veracity of the overall story

All in all this makes the context of Ezra's report and his evidence correct.

What Sheila was showing is file footage that is used in news reporting all the time, just to show the viewers what a halal slaughter looks like, big deal. She's not misleading any body, and if that's what you read into it, that your problem.

The point is, is Creekstone using halal slaughter practices or not, and she has proof that indicates they are, and halal slaughtering practices are not considered to be humane, which leads to the crux of the story: that Earl's out sourced their beef to Creekstone an American company, because of their humane practices of slaughter, and felt Canadian beef producers are not up to their standards of humane treatment and chose not to our Canadian beef.

If you want to waste your time and nitpick for the slightest discrepancies in news stories, or spend hours looking for anomalies and one-offs, fill 'yer boots.

The only thing false here is your assertions.

First example:

Please access the, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta: Investigative Report, that Ezra posted on his website http://www.therebel.media/john_is_a_liar.

Please access page 4 of the document, and note where Dr. Lisa Jensen’s actions, as well as Dr. O’Connor’s responses to her actions are reported by the College.

Then please access page 6 of the document, and note where the Acting Chief Medical Officer of Health for Alberta, Dr. Karen Grimsrud’s actions, as well as Dr. O’Connor’s responses to them are reported by the College.

Now please access the first of Ezra’s two videos on the site and scroll across to timecode 8:18 where Ezra begins to talk about Dr. Lisa Jensen while he cuts away to the section on page 4 of the report which pertains to Dr. Jensen and Dr. O’Connor.

Ezra says, “But Doctor O’Conner did not reply to these e-mails,” which, according to the College, on page 4 of their report, is technically correct.

Now please go to timecode 11.56 in Ezra’s video where again Ezera cuts away to the page 4 section about Dr. Liza Jensen and Dr. O’Conner.

There in the video, he says, as he glances at the report, “It was so bad—this propaganda—that the Acting Chief Medical Officer of Health—and I’m quoting from the report here—Dr. Karen Grimsrud (on page 6--my brackets) wrote to Dr. O’Connor and requested that he provide the names of patients who’d suffered from colon cancer and colangiocarcinoma.”

Then he cuts away from the report, and says adamantly, “They were so desperate to find these so-called victims (that) the head medical officer wrote to him.” Then he glances at the report again and declares, “He didn’t answer. He didn’t answer.”

But on page 6 of the document it clearly states that Dr. O’Conner promptly answered a second letter of request from Dr. Grimsrud, and he provided a list of names.

So, in my example, Ezra repeats his exhibition of page 4 while he talks about a section on page 6: where the contents of page 6 actually contradict his on-camera statement about the actions of Dr. Grimsrud and Dr. O’Conner. Dr. O'Conner did send an answer to Dr. Grimsrud.

Next, at 7:00 in Reid's video, she shows an employee’s timesheets recording the number of cows and the times-frames of a Halal slaughter day in the Creekstone Farms facility.

And the timesheets claim, on average, that during the space of a seven hour shift approximately 1,000 cows are slaughtered Halal

Come on, Creekstone Farms is going to tie up teams of five people performing a more than half-a-minute cumbersome 'Halal Catering slaughtering' process in order to put down a thousand cows during a seven-hour shift?
