Have to agree. The first thing I thought of is what kind of absolute Stupid idiot runs around shooting at night. Are they such bad hunters that they have to get the animal in the headlight and blind it. That is the only reason I can think of to do something this stupid. Maybe we could offer them lessons on how to hunt properly. They should not be allowed to own anything more powerful than a cork pop gun. Idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You missed they should also not have the right to bare arms either.

I don't know but question? I carried a restricted firearm for over 25 years. I let my PAL expire like a fool. To acquire one I had to go through Firearms Safety. I questioned this and asked, would a recruit from RCMP academy need to take a course also? Yes they do or could challenge the exam.

Our training like the Military is much more hands on then any course a civilian will ever get trust me on that.

My question is, do INDIANS under the act need to take a Safety Course in order to possess or hunt? IF not why not, you don't get hunting values, safety and the like this through genetics. It further doesn't come with the firearm which was possibly passed down or purchased at Wholesale Sports.
