200000 litiers oilspill
Cleanup efforts are underway after an Enbridge pipeline leaked 200,000 litres of oil condensate at an industrial site in Strathcona County.
The Line 2A pipeline was damaged by a third-party line strike involving Ledcor and TransCanada, who were doing construction in the area on Friday afternoon, Enbridge said in a media release.

Sounds like a lot. 19ft x 19ft x 19ft of fluid.

People complain when comments arn't allowed on news stories, but when breaking news is posted, they complain about that!

Sorry Gypsy, but MJ is likely posting to facilitate a discussion on the safety practises or lack thereof of the oil industry.
Maybe you don't know anything about how it's all done and neither do I, but I'm hoping someone can come on and discuss it.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I have exposed many live pipelines I can tell you safety is number 1 at no time is anyone in a hurry. For this to happen the location had to be wrong, they may have dropped something on the line, found the wrong line and assumed it was the one they hit who knows. What I can tell you is that these folks take this seriously as will the Government.
