Time to impeach that idiot we all elected Prime Minister. He sure as hell won't get our votes again. He is going to bankrupt the country with his drunken spending.. He's worse than his old man and he was pretty bad.

I agree.

Trouble is who's suitable? One that's not a puppet only to serve his masters, or a far left/right leader, of whom the media can't twist to sway publics opinion in the voting booth? Seems impossible these days!

Oil/lng revenue is not intended for citizen's, AKA slave/tax payers. That loot gets funneled off into amazing sounding foundations, specialist interest groups, grants to corporations, re-invest and diversify for Climate Change that is real but NOT man made. Also when reducing country's debt, you would reduce interest payments to privately owned central bank, that is not good to the ones that pull the levers.

I don't think you can impeach a Canadian PM. Especially one that has a majority. The problem is that this guy shouldn't have been given a majority. He just wasn't ready.
Pierre Trudeau was an epic disaster for Canada. Like father like son.

Hey, got to admire his arrogance. He's giving us the finger with a big smirk on his face because he knows Canadians don't have the kahunas to do anything about it. If you're forming a lynch mop though, sign me up.

Maybe we can do a Trump style coup. Oh wait that isn't happening, or is it, no it's fake news, yes it is , no it isn't the press says so, I'm so confused

At every turn JT keeps proving as GB noted herein, and many others have said from the get go...he's just not ready.

Frankly, i don't think he would ever be realistically ready. It takes a tad more than a pretty face to run a country.

I feel sorry for his former math students and wonder if they will ever be able to responsibly manage their personal finances.

Oh yeah, that's such an important ass-ette for a PM to have.

Well, I couldn't agree with you more!
Trudeau will go down as one of the worst Canadian Prime Ministers Canada ever had.
And, the scary part is how many people voted for him, what were those people thinking?
I learned about 35 years ago, If you want a party to vote for, choose Conservative. Liberals and the NDP are a different breed of people, IMHO.
It's quite funny how we have a Liberal Federal Government and a Liberal Provincial Government, and they have both destroyed our lives to a point that our Grandchildren will still be paying for.
The "Liberals" should all be abolished, all they do is cost taxpayers more money.....today & forever!
And JT reminds me of a baby in diapers, with people saying "look how cute he is".........it is sickening!
I think I puked a bit.

A closer look at the numbers shows that major government transfers to individuals, including seniors benefits, were up $5.7 billion, or 9.3 per cent, while direct-program spending rose $8.9 billion, or 11.3 per cent.

Government revenues, such as those pulled in from income taxes, were down $1.9 billion or 0.9 per cent compared with 2015-16.

Guess it's time to raise taxes and cut benefits to seniors.

But seriously, you guys keep acting surprised at deficits when the PM ran on, and won a majority government under a platform of running a deficit for the first term.

not only that hes got almost 100% women in charge of federal agencys whom have no credentials, all have personal agendas
and are just simply not cut out for the job,Ell Trudeau still believes in the tooth fairy for gawds sake
I detested Harper for certain reasons but still voted conservative because they would still be better for the job

You are quite correct Omnitheo, the PM did clearly say his government would run a deficit.

And as much as I hate that I get the concept...begrudgingly.

However, the deficit that was proposed/projected has been astronomically exceeded and the spending appears to be rampid

with no end in sight. I do not see a clear economic plan or direction and don't think the Liberals have ...except spend.

The other issue that I take exception to was the promise of election reform being thrown to the side.
