'Phantom' worker pay?
Can you imagine the response if you asked a CRA to give you or your company a break if this issue came
up with YOUR taxes?

I assume there was a recent announcement or news article about CRA workers getting "Phantom Pay" or something like that?

CRA is not the only place to do no work and get paid for it...just look at the Senate.
