Unbelievable!
Trudeau might be a puffed up self-entitled air headed pretty boy but I gotta say
Trump takes the cake...he's got potential wars brewing in all parts of the World -
North Korea, Venezuela, Iraq...and violent civil unrest in his own country.
Come on, people!?!?!?
Really???
As much of a *bleep* Trump is, you can't blame him for recent events any more than you could blame Obama for the BLM riots and the targeting of cops by black people.
You can't have it both ways. Just because a group of people feel empowered by someone else, doesn't mean they are to blame for it. When Trump stood in front of the police and said "Don't be too nice when you arrest a killer put someone in the paddy wagon" he is excusing excessive force. He's telling cops to harm suspects. THAT IS NOT OK.
He didn't tell these Neo-Nazi's to do anything and he certainly didn't tell the left to go counter protest.

A *bleep*? lol That's putting it mildly.
Sometimes saying nothing at all speaks louder than speaking 1000 words.

One group loved Trump’s remarks about Charlottesville: White supremacists
… Trump’s choice of words — and the silence that preceded them — are being cheered by at least a few groups of people: neo-Nazis and white nationalists.
<snip>
Less than a half-hour after Trump’s live remarks, the Daily Stormer had declared the president’s words as a signal of tacit support for their side:
• Trump comments were good. He didn’t attack us. He just said the nation should come together. Nothing specific against us.
• He said that we need to study why people are so angry, and implied that there was hate … on both sides!
• So he implied the antifa are haters.
• There was virtually no counter-signaling of us at all.
• He said he loves us all.
The neo-Nazi live blog also noted that Trump had refused to respond when a reporter asked about white nationalists who supported him.
“No condemnation at all,” the Daily Stormer wrote. “When asked to condemn, [Trump] just walked out of the room. Really, really good. God bless him.”
It was far from the first time white supremacists had signaled their support for Trump. Earlier Saturday, former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke replied to Trump, suggesting the president was attacking “White Americans being targeted for discriminated [sic].”
“I would recommend you take a good look in the mirror & remember it was White Americans who put you in the presidency, not radical leftists,” Duke tweeted to Trump.

Trump has repeatedly incited violence though and encouraged such behaviour. He told people at his rallies to attack people that disagreed with him. He's asked the police to go beyond reasonable force. Does this sound like anything any recent president or prime minister would say to their people? Could you imagine Trudeau telling people at a pride parade to beat the crap out of anyone who protest them?
I mean think of how much everyone went nuts when he "elbowed someone". You had opposition MPs calling it molestation. We had almost 24 hour coverage of "Elbow Gate", but people would rather have a Prime Minister who calls for open violence and refuses to condemn those who commit it?

Other than Duarte, none come to mind. You are 100% right.
That doesn't change the fact that he hasn't told white people to attack other races, nor has he said anything about Right Alt attacking liberals.
He's said some terrible things and has encouraged some things... this topic isn't one of them though

When you have a person who manically comments via tweet and giving bombastic speeches on pretty much everything
else he disagrees with or does or doesn't support yet he stays silence about right actions?
Come on! Trump has kept his trap shut about that movement because those FREAKS are just about the only ones left that
give him their steadfast support.
Like I said before, sometimes by saying nothing it says more than saying 1000 words.
Loud mouth buffoon doesn't comment about something that's right up in his face?
Doesn't sound like the Trumpster we know...

7 pages in. Trump still winning the poll. Has a single Trump supporter actually come out to post why they feel he would be a better Prime Minister than Trudeau?
I've seen people state they dislike Trudeau, but has anyone actually provided a reason why that could not also apply to Donald Trump?

Could also be that it's not worth the time arguing with people who won't see it their way... especially on a topic so divided.
Some of us have stated that it's like the Clinton/Trump debate. They're both crap, so you pick the crap with the corn niblet in it, because it's more interesting. It's still crap though.

There might be two or three posters here who are as hateful, or as completely ignorant to believe we would be better off with Trump as our Prime Minister, but I suspect you are right in assuming the rest are just trying to stir the pot with childish partisan argument. We can be grateful this poll does not reflect reality (and at worst reveals the presence of a group of haters here), but as observed in other threads we must never become complacent to the threat posed by what Trump’s administration stands for. It needs to be recognized and acknowledged that not only does hateful bigotry still exist, it is alive and well.

US newspaper headlines;
Trump betrays America and reveals true colors
Donald Trump America's bigot in Chief
Thank goodness this bozo can never be Canada's PM
