Note that the article says "could" not will. Also, Global news is a political partisan organization that pushes a Liberal party of Canada agenda and who are against capitalism and industry in principal. I do not know much about the WWF. I have no doubt that species and ecosystems have many challenges. They have had challenges throughout earths history. There is evidence of this all over the planet, long before mankind was on the scene. There are the remains of tropical forests in the arctic and many fossils of species that have disappeared due to natural causes. Antarctica was once covered in palm trees. It is also true that earths ecosystems and species are not static and unchanging. They are constantly in flux and go through cycles and sometimes vanish completely. And sometimes these changes are rapid and profound.
There is no doubt that mankind has had some influence on all of this, especially with the continuing destruction of our forests, but what is actually man made and what is natural? What about species that are flourishing like Canada geese? What about species that are also nourished by our vast modern agricultural crops?
There is a certain mob mentality and tunnel vision that prevails when people want to believe that humanity is essentially evil and that we are destroying the planet. In reality, planet earth is constantly trying to destroy us with disease and hurricanes and volcanoes and droughts and freezing cold and high heat and floods and famine and earthquakes and more. People fight wars over limited resources. Mankind has died by the millions to try to overcome what the earth does to us. Many of us benefit from this struggle, but not all. There are still people living in poor conditions and dying from starvation and disease and all the things mentioned above. To blame ourselves for these things is naïve and misguided and unrealistic.
Politics has infiltrated all aspects of our civilization now and so you have to try and filter out what is real and what is propaganda. Of course we should strive to attain certain principals and not injure our planet with reckless abandon. But we have to separate what is natural and what is not and not be swayed by people with ulterior motives who use fear and guilt to control us. We need perspective and honesty.

It is a paradigm shift when observation and information indicate that it is for the most part man and not God or Mother Nature that bring about extremes of any kind; disease, famine, destruction and death.

It is man who imbued with selfishness & greed create imbalance within the systems of Creation

"The Man", the bloodline families with the resources and the power are the Engineers of most world events throughout history.

These families are the engineers of yours and my reality, we are human resources - induced with false reality, injected with guilt through repetitive indoctrination and propaganda, made to be held accountable for their covert actions against humanity and all that lives and breathes.

God is Good

Oh, Atlantic Canada - got excited there for a second. Don't know of anyone that has actually seen one on the eastern seaboard.
