Now that Alberta has an option to get more of it's landlocked crude to the market, he has less incentive to do so, if he really cared about it in the first place.

He didn't. He is protecting BC's coastal waters and allowing the Americans to absorb all the environmental risk. And get the jobs. But all the risk associated with that if the pipeline fails anywhere.

Its his job to protect our coast . If all these oil lovers would tell us how much oil they are willing to drink we will see just how deep that love is
