Doing exactly what the BC NDP did. Promise everybody everything for free - knowing full well it can't be done.
His problem is that center left, center, center right, and right voters know how to do math and understand that there is no free lunch. The NDP voters who can't do math, believe in fairy dust from Dumbledor's wand, and are always looking a free lunch won't vote PC.
Ontario is broke because Wynn is a closet orange koolaid drinker. Ontario has no money, just piles of debt, massive deficits, and $45 billion on the credit card because they got sucked in by the wind scam.
