It's human nature to kill what it can't control or understand. It's too bad that big, wild animals haven't obtained the firearm. It would make hunting much more fair.

Whether someone hunts or not, it's pointless to get into an argument about it let alone make ignorant personal remarks about anyone that does hunt. Many people eat cougar meat and there are lots of recipes online:

Cougar, Lynx, and Bobcat, are excellent table fare. I don't know of anyone that shot one that didn't eat it.

I've never been either and hoping Peachland has another one. Tried a lot of different meats and fish but bear is one I haven't tried - yet.
