Not one media outlet reported what she did as a hate crime either. There's no proof. The story is being deleted because it wasn't true according to the media. There was only one charge that would typically fit and that is not being pursued because of her age. What you and others are saying is irrelevant if it is not accurate.

So, simply because the victim was Jewish, leaving a Jewish school, are you assuming this is due to anti-Semitism and by a Muslim?
You might be right as It wouldn't be the first such attack and sadly won't be the last, but I wouldn't make such assumptions, in the same way that I don't instantly assume someone attacking a Muslim is an Islamophobe, but then again, I'd hate being a fool who jumps to conclusions and I prefer to be informed by actual facts with evidence. Also, her mother said that they have no evidence that this is an anti-Semitic attack and the police said that "It sounds like a gratuitous assault, she had no outside sign that she was Jewish":

ETA: Again, it could well be an anti-Semitic attack, and such are both far too common and to be roundly condemned by any right thinking individual, but I have yet to find any evidence that it was actually such an attack.
