How sad is this eh ... gets appropriate care as a visitor in a third world country only to die waiting for a bed in his own first world country ... there is something terribly wrong with that.
And I suppose the bureaucrats will all hide under their desks until it blows over, none taking accountability ... what a screwed up place we live in ...
