Countries around the world are strengthening the noose around the one-percenter “outlaw motorcycle gangs”. Every other day, we report governments and law enforcement agencies across US, Canada, Germany, Australia, and a bunch of other countries coming down heavily on the one-percenters. And recently, the Canadian government has issued a nation-wide ban, which according to some may be a violation of the military men’s rights.

Just about finished " Fallen Angel" the rise and fall of Walter Stadnick. In the book, a number of references of ex military joining a puppet or other MC affiliated with the HA. Some references of active military helping with weapon and grenade procurement. Even a LAW was found.

Ferri- I do believe this comment is on topic:

It's crazy how deep the Canadian rabbit hole goes, The government needs to start somewhere to limit corruption. During the Conservative administration corruption that may have gone right to the top. Maxime Bernier is forced to resign as Minister after allowing access to sensitive NATO documents to the outlaw motorcycle organization the Hell's Angels associate Julie Couillard. To attend a 2015 Conservative harper election rally, members needed to be invited then had to apply to attend, so they could be vetted and screened by CSIS, produce an invitation at the venue entry gates and be frisked. Harper surrounded himself with his Blackwater security thugs, so it was impossible for everyday Canadians to access him, yet despite the strongest security protocols in the history of Canada, harper "accidentally" shares a hotel with the infamous outlaw motorcycle gang the Hells Angels. The next day, harper publicly announces in an election promise to tighten Canada's Marijuana laws. A promise that would ensure the billions of dollars would remain in organized crimes hands.

Small point, but ex-military is not military and the government has no ability to control or direct what they do or don't do. Same thing with cops... ex-cops are not cops, Period!!

The article is about current military being banned. The article only points out that former military personnel have been linked to outlaw gangs.

I knew people would turn this into "government is against motorcycle clubs" but this is not about people that belong to clubs. Its about OUTLAW gangs. Big difference.

A good place to start! As referenced in the true story Denzel Washington docudrama American Gangster, Frank Lucas used the American Military to smuggle tons of drugs into the USA during the Vietnam war, taking advantage of their unabated cross borders access without scrutiny.
A wise move on behalf of our government, and a step in the right direction, and the opposite direction the previous government took!
