Toronto? The bombing happened in Mississauga -6th populous municipality in Canada - and the police investigating aren't calling it a hate crime or an act of terrorism.

Last month I was in line at the Service Ontario you see next door in some pics helping a friend renew his plates. It was a super busy complex, Starbucks, Montana’s, lots of new build high rises across the road. Kind of amazing more weren’t hurt, and more severely.
