One thing that has changed over the past couple of decades is that now a majority of blacks and a majority of whites believe that OJ Simpson was guilty of murder. Anyone who watched the trial (and I got hooked on it) would have no doubt. And if there were any doubt the civil trial, where OJ was found to be responsible for the murders, would have wiped that doubt away. It wasn't long enough but least he spent some time in jail.
