I was kind of curious how the housing/mortgage market situation was doing. It's been "out of the news" and I was curious to see if there were any problems developing. This gives and interesting perspective: http://www.creditwritedowns.com/2013/07/house-price-inflation-causing-problems-usa.html

Makes me wonder if there isn't more trouble brewing, especially given the record number of folks who are "severely burdened" (paying 50% of their income for rent or mortgage payments).
