GRAPHIC: Russian tourist dies going down a cliff

A Russian ski station have a sport where people can be in an inflatable ball, then sent down the hill. Well, this guy paid 10$ for his ride, went down the hill, then down a cliff. It's graphic in the way that we see the ball going down the cliff, down the mountain.

Just another idiot, taking a ride designed by other idiots, and died as an idiot. AND there are fines for "stunting" if you do something like this on our public roadways.
Unfortunately fines can only be administered to idiots IF they survive.

Might be different IF surviving members of the idiot's family could be held financially responsible for ALL costs for body recovery and medical aid, if available/applicable.
