Of course it's not. The police were literally gunning for him from the beginning. He was never going to trial which reinforces the points of the police being a corrupt organisation Dorner was making to begin with.

He certainly wasn't looking for a trial either.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

Maybe because he was gunning for them! Incredible how some people make this guy out to be some poor, misunderstood nice guy.

He was never going to trial because he knew he was going to die. He set the wheels in motion. He never had any intention of getting caught alive.

Isn't capital punishment for the court to decide?

And were the bystanders who were shot shooting at the police too?

He probably figured out that going to trial would be much the same as filing his complaints the legal and proper way to begin with only to have the cops deny everything and have him fired. You really think that would give anyone the slightest bit of confidence going to trial?

Of course it is. This wasn't a case of capital punishment and rather silly to suggest it.
This was a case of dealing with a barricaded murderer who had made his intentions well known. By his choice, he wasn't coming out of that cabin alive.

A completely separate incident. Those cops should be dealt with. It doesn't mitigate having to deal with Dorner's murderous rampage.

No, they are very much intertwined.

He wouldn't have gone to trial over LAPD abuse allegations. He would have gone to trial for murdering four people.

Even if it wasn't his choice, it was the cops choice so the outcome would have been the same.

He might have killed himself, but they don't know that for sure yet as they state at 2:16 of the video. It's always good to check out the facts you're presenting first, good thing you're not a detective.
Yawn,
"Autopsy results on former Los Angeles police officer Christopher Dorner show he died from a single gunshot wound to the head that was likely self-inflicted, authorities said Friday.
The renegade cop killed four people and wounded three others as part of a vendetta against his former comrades, before apparently taking his own life.
"While we're still compiling the information and putting our reports together, the information that we have right now seems to indicate that the wound that took Christopher Dorner's life was self-inflicted," Capt. Kevin Lacy, with the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department, told reporters."

I think the fact that he knew he killed 4 people did not give him any confidence on going to trial. But you go ahead and feel all warm and fuzzy about a guy who killed 4 completely innocent people just because he was mad at the LAPD.

Given that this never happened, you have no idea if that is true.

That sounds professional..

Probably because he knew that there would be no way that the authorities would take him alive. He knew how these people operated on a first hand basis. THey think they're kings or a god of some sort, can do whatever they want with no consequences.
