SCOTUS upholds gay marriage
looks like gay marriage is legal in every state

The problem, in my mind, is that the vote was 5-4.
How does a legal question end up being split between party lines? In fact, this became a decision by Kennedy. The 4 liberal judges were going to vote for it, the 4 conservative judges were going to vote against it, so it is down to one person to make a real decision.
I'm sorry, but that is *bleep* up.
I applaud the result, but there is something seriously wrong with the process.

im glad it passed .had no link on myb phone . but i will agree that in other cases .the american supreme court has made strange rulings .

it should not be a vote . it should be based on the spirit of freedom for all americans

wow the rightwing of america never quits making itself lòok insane .now it seems 9 states , gop states of course , are going to tell the folks who supply marriage papers , not to issue them based on a fairytale god saying no go .texas is even going to supply free lawyers lol . seems some states have their own version of sharia law .

see thats where the cowboys go astray, if you read the whole article not all american indians hold this view , but we know that doesn't fit into your cortez way of thinking , but do keep up the challenge, it is always good for a chuckle
