The short video posted by The Truth is a must watch for every Canadian who is trying to understand the dangerous 25,000 immigrants by the end of the year political charade by PM Trudeau and his left wing extremists. As a lawyer who represents refugees and immigrants, some of whom are from the mideast says;

1) If terrorists and/or extremists or their sympathizers are found among the legitimate refugees they CAN NOT BE DEPORTED because Canada does not deport people to Syria;

2) The initiative sets a dangerous precedent that (judges are obligated to follow);

3) Diseases will have to be identified and dealt with AFTER the diseases have reached Canada;

4) Refugees and Immigrants who have been waiting years to enter Canada legally will be bounced and replaced in the line-up by Syrian refugees;

5) without adequate security clearances there is no way to identify the terrorists, extremists and their supporters until they have been identified by terrorist or extremist acts in Canada.

IMO the government is disregarding Canadian security for nothing but liberal political reasons.

Interesting poll going on if anyone is wondering how people feel.

Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you'll understand what little chance you have of changing others.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes their way.

Yes, and 76% of those 76% couldn’t give a crap about underprivileged Canadians any other day of the week.
What? Raise corporate tax rates? Subsidize education/training/housing? What a bunch of hypocrites.

To Ka-El ...

You certainly have a very low opinion of the millions of Canadians who are paying taxes to, in part, support the many social programs we have in Canada to make things better for those less privileged. I wonder how much you personally pay ??

Canada said no to outright socialism as advocated by the NDP. That should give you some idea of how few people in Canada actually agree with your evident extreme socialism.

Should 25,000 people who are already safely in refugee camps and out of harm's way be allowed to jump queue?

But millions of Syrian refugees have been living in those camps for 4 years .. 5 years soon. Not in the best conditions. They have been waiting as well. Hopefully those are the ones who will be chosen first to come to Canada.

This is food for thought, too.

It's also been brought to my attention that although the refugee camps are in safe countries, the camps themselves are becoming more difficult to live in, with more refugees arriving all the time.

I look forward to hearing the particulars of our refugee plan on Tuesday.

Best case scenario, they'll give us a realistic explanation of how they're ensuring the people we're welcoming into our communities have been properly screened, vetted, and vaccinated, and are eager to embrace a peaceful and productive life in a safe country, without denying those who have greater need.

Undocumented migrants trying to enter England...mostly men as usual! Nothing in North American news.....

More than 800 migrants try to storm Channel Tunnel in France

Some 800 to 1,000 migrants tried on Thursday to break into the Channel Tunnel near France's port city Calais in a desperate bid to reach Britain, local officials said.

"We noted the presence of 800 to 1,000 migrants" near the tunnel, a local official told AFP, as a police source described the number seeking to cross the Channel as "unprecedented" for a single day.

Turkey threatens the EU.....more economic refugees

Erdogan threatened to ‘open doors to Greece and Bulgaria’ and flood EU with migrants – report

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan threatened to “put refugees on buses” and flood Europe with migrants if EU leaders did not offer him enough cash to help curb the influx of asylum seekers, a leaked record of a high-level meeting claims.

"We can open the doors to Greece and Bulgaria anytime and we can put the refugees on buses,” Erdogan was quoted as telling European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and European Council President Donald Tusk after being told that the EU was offering Turkey €3 billion over two years.

The minutes of the meeting that apparently took place in November in Antalya have been published by the Greek financial news website euro2day.gr

Identifying once more that one should "beware of Greeks bearing gifts" ... of busloads of refugees.

It seems that Greece is demanding money from the EU to replace the billions upon billions that the EU have already given them to hobble along financially for another few months.
