It's about the same as suing McDonalds because you are fat.

If they were selling an illegal product, great, but they aren't. Now changing the rules on some of the firearms sold in the states is something to look at, but until that happens (which seems unlikely) it is just a business selling a product.

It's absolute manure, but is this actually precedent setting? Seriously nobody has tried this yet?

Filing a claim under the exception rule may have been tried before but this particular case involving children would certainly garner more attention.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?
