Great Britian leaving the EU is a big mistake, and not only for the citizens of GB.

To PC liberals who are offended at the Christ child in a manger, I have GREAT news for you! The next time you see Him, he won't be in a manger! Sadly, if you can't handle His first appearance, you're REALLY not going to like His second appearance.

Re: Why the U.K. Needs to Leave the E.U.
Britain entered uncharted waters Friday after the country voted to leave the European Union, according to a projection by all main U.K. broadcasters. The decision shatters the stability of the project in continental unity forged after World War II in hopes of making future conflicts impossible.
The decision raises the likelihood of years of negotiations over trade, business and political links with what will become a 27-nation bloc. In essence the vote marks the start — rather than the end — of a process that could take decades to unwind.
The Leave side was ahead by 51.7 per cent to 48.3 per cent with more than three-quarters of votes tallied, making a Remain win a statistical near-impossibility.

i dont buy the sky is falling schtick. i think the EU has been a schoolyard popularity contest with a big bite. they need the UK as much as the other way around. problem was they never listened to the UK. over time the EU have eroded the british sense of sovereignty regarding how money was spent in the EU and regarding immigrants. many went to the most powerful countries like germany and the UK. and it was getting out of control. and the immigrants have had an economic toll on the UK social programs and health. a reset was needed and this is definitely a reset. and in the end no one cares what the self appointed geniuses with MBAs fudging numbers to suit the needs of oligarchs say. the people have used direct democracy to at the least create more fine print for lawyers and economists. and at worst for that economic zone years of repairs and adjustments.

Scotland overwhelming voted to stay, if Scotland has another referendum to leave and they vote yes this time, and take their offshore oil with them, England will be My ancestors in Ulster also voted to stay, there's speculation they may also vote to separate from Great Britain, Ulster also has huge offshore oil reserves. There was mention on the BBC that Scotland and Ulster could merge. England might have made a huge mistake economically speaking.

The red tape of the EU stifles small business. It might be good for the multinational corporations, but for the majority it's no good. Everything right up to the curvature of bananas is regulated to death. The worst part is that the U.K. citizens cannot vote the self-appointed presidents out of office when they run amok. The only way to have sovereignty over their own affairs is to leave.
Good on the U.K.

what it does is it gives the UK a leverage that greece never had a dream of having. they can negotiate from a position of strength. and all of the bandaid half *bleep* economic and political agendas will be forensically analyzed. cameron will lose his job. and grievances will have to be examined and not shrugged off unceremoniously by stuffy career politicians in the EU system. this is a brilliant moment in history. direct democracy at its finest. plus the slap in the globalists faces is a very gratifying one.

This is going to cost thousands of people in the UK their jobs, shake the world economy, and has creat a not-insignificant risk that both the UK and EU break up. How is this a win?
