Under the Nevada statute (NRS 202.4415), an “act of terrorism” is

any act that involves the use of attempted use of sabotage, coercion or violence which is intended to (a) cause great bodily harm or death to the general population; or (b) cause substantial destruction, contamination or impairment of (1) any building or infrastructure, communications, transportation, utilities or services, or (2) any natural resource or the environment.

Note the subtle difference: Federal law focuses on the purpose of the violent attack; Nevada law homes in on the violence itself — the intent to cause great bodily harm or death on a mass scale, regardless of whether it is done in furtherance of a particular cause.

case closed
There was no (1) or (2) which is probably why the Las Vegas shooting wasn't considered an act of terrorism under the law. I think the authorities have a grasp on this.

Jumping to conclusions is partially why your asinine comments are ridiculous.

Just another "lone wolf". Nothing to see here.

But the guy was white, and as you know, Islam is a race. Therefore, the guy was clearly a Christian who was yelling Allahu Akbar just to confuse everyone.

Is there any record of anybody witnessing that happening? No? Then which facts specifically should I be facing?

LOL - this made me laugh, on so many levels.

Anyway, yet another terrorist attack by an Islamic nutjob, and yet another yawn from the media. What else is new.

For all you open border types...

New York City Truck Attack Is 100th Terror Plot on US Soil Since 9/11

Image

On Tuesday, Sayfullo Saipov used a rented Home Depot truck to attack bicyclists in Manhattan, killing eight and wounding more than a dozen others.

This terrorist attack is the 100th Islamist terror plot or attack against the U.S. homeland since 9/11, a sad and unfortunate milestone to reach. It is the 16th successful attack on U.S. soil after 9/11.
