No really, there is a case for closing it too.

The thing costs billions of dollars and is an ISIS proganda tool, just close it. 57 people can be detained elsewhere, if they were guilty in the first place.
Remember, a lot of rights were suspended from the Constistitution and many of these people never had fair trials. And a Kangaroo Court used to be derided and laughed at by the West, now it's de facto? Never should have happened no matter what your gut feeling.
Expcerpt from the article:
The Pentagon on Tuesday submitted its plan to Congress to close Guantanamo Bay, the military detention center which President Barack Obama has been promising to shut down since taking office in 2009. The plan includes recommendations on where Gitmo's remaining detainees should be held in the U.S. and cost estimates of operating those prisons.
Speaking from the White House, Obama pleaded his case for closing Gitmo, saying the detention center doesn't advance national security and instead undermines it. He emphasized not only the savings gained by closing the facility – an estimated $1.7 billion – but "the opportunity to eliminate a terrorist propaganda tool" and move forward as a nation. Said Obama, "This is about closing a chapter in our history." The prison still holds 91 detainees, The New York Times reported, and of those, 46 remain there as wartime detainees. Thirty-five are scheduled to be transferred to other countries, and 10 have been convicted or charged, the paper noted.

As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I don't know why the left wants to let terrorists run wild in our streets. Is there a morbid curiosity on the left wherein they enjoy seeing innocent people blown to bits?
