Yea, he's awesome...until he brings on someone like John Stewart to show everyone how bad he is at his job. Carlson has appeared to learn his lesson. He hasn't brought on a reputable guest since.

The last 30 days have been nothing short of a public relations nightmare for CNN.

The network is reeling after a brutal stretch that has seen two hosts taken off-air, one story retracted and another rewritten, accusations of staged protests, the resignations of three key employees and most recently, an ongoing series of undercover videos meant to portray CNN as misleading the public about the Trump-Russia stories that have dominated media coverage of the president so far.

Yet another example of why I STILL choose Trumps side over CNN in their fight.

Trump is terrible. Quite possibly the worst President ever... definitely in the running as a top 3 candidate. He's just unbelievable.

If you haven't seen it, Trump tweeted a little video of him "clotheslining" CNN. It's a video of him doing a wrestling move back when he guest starred on a wrestling show with WWE and someone put the CNN logo over the man's face. So he "beat up" CNN.

It's kind of funny, but definitely not appropriate from a President and while it did amuse me, Trump should show more tact, dignity and maturity (among other things) while in the highest office quite possibly, in the world. But in response, CNN says this:

CNN responded, calling it a "sad day when the President of the United States encourages violence against reporters."

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??

He didn't encourage violence against reporters. He's saying he won the battle against your network. He's saying he's beating the company as a whole. He's taking (yet another) shot at CNN ... not that people should beat up reporters.

They actually got a PANEL of people to discuss the video (which is stupid in it's own regard), because heaven forbid they actually discuss something SERIOUS at CNN... and they have a guy on there who says:

President Trump's anti-CNN tweet is tantamount to fascism

WHAT???

Instead of taking the high road, instead of acting normally or logically... CNN instead chooses to basically make something up or exaggerate the whole thing. Whining for the sake of whining. It's unreal. They literally make things up to suit their needs or narrative. The CNN logo is not a reporter.

Have you seen those Calvin & Hobbs decals on vehicles where he's peeing on a Chevy or Ford symbol? Taking a page out of CNN's playbook, that's like saying "OMG the driver of that vehicle is encouraging people to urinate or Chevy employees" or "That driver is telling us to go to the Ford dealership and urinate on truck salesmen."

It's just stupid and makes no sense. What Trump did was juvenile and silly. What CNN did was aggravating and not even accurate.
