^ That's insane. If a war does break out, Canada will be doing it's very best to contribute financially and
whatever else we can, like the good little neighbor that we are. And the great thing about WW3 is - it'll happen
somewhere else. Can you imagine how many in Poland and Ukraine will be slaughtered? Again?

I can't see North Korea shooting a missile at them so not too many.
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Yet amazingly, the little rocket man could threaten Canada. But if it's not N Korea that we're so worried about
that Justin just took 'another' $15 billion out of hard working Canadian taxpayer slaves' pockets for more military spending,
then who is it we're so afraid of? Do we think Gadafy's ghost will come back and get back at us for Harper's dirty
bombing job?

A World War would be against Russia, because Russia has the most resources (and bombs) on earth. And that's why the warmongers are itching to arm Ukraine.

Insane McCain wants to arm Ukraine.

^ That's what WW3 will be all about.

How can he be a real rocket man when his military spending isn't even in the top 30?

Countries like Oman, Singapore, and Kuwait spend more on military that Kim Jongun.

How Kim Jong Un bested Donald Trump

One of 2017's defining geopolitical slugfests was between heavyweight personalities President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.

It was an international standoff that descended into personal name-calling, with Trump labeling Kim "little rocket man" and the U.S. president being described as an "old lunatic" and a "dotard" in return.

If the past year were one round in a boxing match, most analysts say there's only one winner.

"No question, Kim Jong Un won 2017," according to Jeffrey Lewis at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.

<snip>

"North Korea is doing something that hasn't been done in years — transitioning into a mutual deterrence relationship with the United States by deploying nuclear weapons that can strike major cities in the continental United States," said Lewis, who is the director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program at MIIS.

"This is a really significant moment. Remember, it was the fear that Saddam could acquire nuclear weapons that was used to justify the invasion of Iraq," he added, referring to former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein. "Now Kim has done it, and gotten away with it."

Trump's response has been muddled and demonstrably ineffective, according to his critics.

No worries though. A major conflict in the Middle East is just what the doctor ordered
to take everyone's attention away from Trump's many other failures to date.

Are you suggesting that NK is not a threat?

OR

Are you suggesting they are a threat but not as much as NA governments are?

If it is the later would you care to expand and provide a reason?

No North Korea has not been a threat for a long time now, just American propaganda.
Let's see, mass surveillance, police brutality and constantly invading middle eastern countries, the War on Drugs and constantly trying to silence journalists like Assange and and dissenters like Snowden, mass incarnation and etc. Yeah I would definitely say that Western governments are much more threatening then North Korea.

A nuclear missle pointed to our heads is a lesser threat?????
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.
