L'Oréal ambassador Cheryl has responded to Munroe Bergdorf for dragging her name into the ongoing race row surrounding the transgender model.

A spokesperson for the 34-year-old Fight For This Love hitmaker revealed she is 'disappointed' to be involved in the row, which saw Munroe dropped by the cosmetics giant over her statement that 'all white people are racist'.

Following her dismissal, the enraged model stated she should not be sacked given the fact her co-star was not sacked for her 2003 row with a toilet attendant, which was alleged to be racially aggravated at the time yet the charge was dismissed.

Oh Lorde! Munroe Bergdorf drags yet ANOTHER celeb into race row

MUNROE Bergdorf, who was axed from L'Oréal following comments she made stating "all white people" are racist, has hit out on Twitter.

The transgender spokeswoman retweeted singer Lorde's comment where she said that "all white people are responsible for this system's thrive and fall" in reference to the riots in Charlottesville.

Bergdorf commented: "Following Charlottesville @lorde tweeted this message.

Seemingly showing their support of Munroe, one social networker commented: "I'm standing next you in solidarity sis, keep going. Good will always prevail."

However, not so favourably, another ranted: "You embarrassed yourself this week on TV.

"Your interview with Piers Morgan was a train crash."

This was in reference to Bergdorf's EXPLOSIVE interview with GMB frontman Piers Morgan on Monday where he accused her of "playing the victim".
