I would think it's because this is under the "world" threads and many goings on in the US spreads into Canada, sometimes to fizzle out like the Canadian Trump wannabe's and sometimes things don't.

So why do you think a women would feel the need for an abortion after 20 weeks?

Because the fetus is dead or dying inside of the mother? Abortions aren't done at that stage because the woman decides she doesn't want a baby anymore after carrying it for 5 months. It's for health reasons and that has been taken away from them. It's cruel.
