First Race Wars, now Gender Wars - Divide and Rule - ORDO AB CHAO -Order from Chaos

A Latin expression, meaning Order out of Chaos. A motto of the Thirty-third Degree, and having the same allusion as lug e tenebris, which see in this work. The invention of this motto is to be attributed to the Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish petite at Charleston, and it is first met with in the Patent of Count de Grasse, dated February 1, 1802. When De Grasse afterward carried the polite over to France and established a Supreme Council there, he changed the motto, and, according to Lenning, Ordo ab hoc, Order out of This, was used by him and his Council in all their documents. If so, it was simply a blunder.

This theory is quite fascinating, I am on the fence with some of the claims, some are clearly trans, while others I am not so certain.

Though I am certain Pink was born a man:

The LGBTQ agenda - The Transgender agenda - The Feminist agenda etc. seem to fit together so nicely - All political and Anti-Life if you ask me.

This is interesting and suitable to this thread. Gone are the liquored up office parties where the accountants let their hair down by getting liquored up with the secretaries, or the boss loosens the bun in her hair and flirts with the guys and it all gets out of control when someone is faxing body parts to their sister office across the country. Ohhh those were the days with juiced up punch and hard liquor at the office party. Right.

Now everything's a time bomb for sexual harassment allegations and food sensitivities/allergies. May as well serve organic fair trade green tea, canapes from the 100 mile diet and please, no slave child labour chocolate here. And gifts must be under $10 because someones relative wealth will enhance the wage differences, so who wins? Dollarama!

Fun, fun, fun!

2 very good posts above, illustrating a terrible off spring to alot of these issue's being hijacked with in society by many.
I find it sick that the above female politician can even get away with talking like that. In the middle of every thing going on we see this example of ignorance.
Work place will change and im not talking about just sexual harassment issue's. Its how we will all have to behave, protect, ourselves from being in the middle of something that can easily ruin anyone's career.
Below is probably the worst example of the beast rising its ugly head right here in the Canadian government.
"NOT WHAT i THOUGHT OF AS A THREESOME'
Are you kidding? One statement that whether you believe it or not could, as he states, mean something else either than a sexual comment.
Media splashes headlines "inappropriate humiliating remarks"
It was one remark and this loser MP has had her life turned upside down. Really, How do you function in society when you need to take any thing and view it the way you want. To state its caused you incredible stress.
Your helping to run our country and this is how you play ball.
He should never of apologized and stuck to what he stated that it was not intended that way.
Here's an example of power that is not talked about that is very clear.
Guess Im in big trouble because I played a game of badminton yesterday, lots of golf last summer, all threesomes.

If you look at the actual law around sexual harassment in the workplace it repeats one word many times and that's "unwanted". That means while consensual activities, rude jokes and flirting may be against company policy, they are not criminal.

Where it gets complicated is that in order for it to be unwanted, if it's borderline like rude jokes, it has to be reported and taken up with the accused to make sure they're aware its "unwanted". It's actually pretty lenient on the accused and I suppose that's to protect against false accusations.

To protect the accuser's rights however, if it occurs at work and reported, if the company fails to address the unwanted advances, they too can be held liable. This is why NBC released a statement immediately claiming they had no prior knowledge of what Matt Lauer had been accused of. Also why Fox news paid millions in hush money.

The point is, while letting loose at the Christmas party and hitting on the bosses daughter may not be the greatest career move, it also isn't criminal. For 99% of people it will be business as usual and for the other 1%, sucks to be you. :D

This fits in two threads there. The #Metoo thread and here, Time Magazine names Person of the Year to be those who started #Metoo and reported sexual misconduct.

The Silence Breakers

"These silence breakers have started a revolution of refusal, gathering strength by the day, and in the past two months alone, their collective anger has spurred immediate and shocking results: nearly every day, CEOs have been fired, moguls toppled, icons disgraced. In some cases, criminal charges have been brought."
President Trump was the runner-up for Person of the Year. Chinese President Xi Jinping came in third."

Odd, President Trump, accused of sexual assault himself, would even be considered much less runner up.

Toxic Culture Shift Coming? As a headline for a story that is about women being sick of the present toxic culture?

There already IS a toxic culture in the newsroom according to women who have had it with sexism and sexual misconduct.
So how is it that banding together to end it is the "toxic" part of the culture shift?
