Great idea as long as it’s not tax payer funded....

So they have to register at a centre . To get a card then they can use this machine. Why not just help them at the centre. Save the cost of the machines

Because the vending machines are easier to break into when their cards don't work (if they even bother applying for one)
Great idea for those who are honest about it and could really use it - bad idea for the bad apples out there that will end up destroying the machines.
