Those were great!

Great pics. The more people change, the more we stay the same.

I was thinking about the ages of the school children learning. "little cat" on the blackboard.

Today those same aged children are using computers, facetime, and getting their first cell phone. :135:
Here I thought there was nothing lower than a snakes belly in a rut in a ditch. I was wrong.

I was just reading that in the USA today at least 30 children have died of the flu strain this year.

Just think between 1917-9, millions died around the World.
Here I thought there was nothing lower than a snakes belly in a rut in a ditch. I was wrong.

A few posters should look at the photo's of the Flu epidemic and the kids in the iron lungs because of Polio. Which has been mostly eradicated with a (Oh My God) Vaccine!

Clinton Main Street and Hotel 1952.

This photo shows the location of the Hotel for those of us who have driven past it and never knew. Built in 1861-62 and burned in 1958.
Some of the original foundation is still on the vacant lot.
Clinton Museum photo.
