TreeGuy, you amaze me !
You have a clip to cover about anything.
(probably one for this reply even)
Kinda cool, I've not researched but, I'm sure not many cars have been
in space before.
If all goes with success.

His will be the first but imagine it will quickly be followed by the launch of the first police cruiser to write him a speeding ticket.

There is an electric SUV on the moon. Actually 3 of them. Been there for decades.

Why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice.

Great launch/landing of the boosters. I suppose the core stage fell in to the ocean since it wasn't officially updated landing on the boat.
I hope some kitty litter was sent with the tesla for more traction, lol.

The car with spacesuited mannequin reminds me of the start of the film, Heavy Metal:
"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience." Explains why so few people reply to me, and why I might not reply

I would have preferred a Heavy Metal theme too, instead of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Maybe they could name their next rocket after Taarna ;-)
But, He would have been crazy to send a ‘59 corvette up.

But but what if they had encountered alien languages? At least with a fish in the ear they'd be able to translate it all.
And give the answere to life as "42."

Have to give it to Elon on this one - that is actually pretty freakin' awesomely sweet. Looking forward to checking up on it from time to time on its journey

Nobody wants to hear your opinion. They just want to hear their own opinion coming out of your mouth.

A million years from now aliens will drop by our solar system looking for signs of life and not find any. Although, when they find the car with a dummy floating in the asteroid belt, they will know why we are gone.

Is it possible that aliens are already here and haven't found much in the way of intelligence?
Hmm, they have this fantastic planet.
Their economic model dictates growth and therefore unsustainable practises.
Their rich guys are trying to find a way to barren planets.
Instead of cleaning this one up.
What economic model would they have on Mars anyways?
NOPE, no intelligence here.
