To change or make amendments to US Constitution would mean having 2/3 or higher majority vote in both the Senate & the House of Representatives.
Since Donald couldn't even repeal Obamacare it's highly doubtful changing the 2 term rule would happen.
I don't give a damn whether people/posters like me or dislike me, I'm not on earth to win any popularity contests.
