I still say this is a hoax. The hand writing doesn't match IMO.
Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation, and war, and cruelty. People are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem.

Clearly, more information is required about the circumstances of this transaction in order to understand anything.

Paying the bill and leaving no tip is better than doing a "dine and dash".

The employee that posted this receipt to the internet is the only person guilty of any wrong doing here and is lacking in the morals department.
