My vote goes to a "Hunger Games" style o' justice.

I think citizens should be people should be able to apply for a Human Hunting License and be issued a tag and once a year it's legal to hunt the person who you feel have wronged you in some fashion.

The person who has had a tag taken out on them will get 30 days notice to either right the wrong or figure out where to hide and think about why they've pissed so many people off.

Cut me off in traffic will you License# ABC 000?

Cheating spouse?

Once a year people can be legally allowed to lethally adjust Karma.

I'd guess that within 2-3 hunting seasons the populace would be a whole lot nicer to each other...
