Paper cutout of a gun gets 5th grader into trouble

Poor kid...kind of makes a person wonder what the hell state teachers and school administrators are in if they respond to a paper cutout this way, and even for a kid to report it... God help the kid who brings a toy gun to school, chances are the kid would be shot by an armed teacher.
