Please, join me in putting this as your status if you or someone you love has been eaten or attacked by velociraptors. It's time to let silent victims everywhere know there is no shame in being ripped limb from limb and gobbled up for vicious sport. Velociraptors are, after all, kind of unstoppable. 93% of you won't copy and paste this.

LOL.

I wrote this one on Thursday for my update after someone posted a deadly serious one:

Thursday is not just another day. It has its own purpose, own reason for being. Sadly it lies in the shadow of Friday, and too many people just try to get through it as fast as possible. Would you post this on your wall every Thursday until Hell freezes over? Most won't, but that's because they are sorry-arsed losers. For the .00000004% who will repost, Thursday loves you for it.

Anyone else encounter this??

I have encountered it, but it's not a trojan.

Facebook has a feature called Friend Finder. This application, with your permission, will scan your email contact list, and hook you up with anyone in it, who is registered on Facebook with that address. Let me stress that the application requires your permission to do this, and it is virtually impossible to initiate this accidentally. Once it "finds your friends" on Facebook, it's up to you to contact them, add them as friends, or do nothing.

The flipside to this feature is that it will suggest you as a friend, to all of the people it finds this way. I too have had FB suggest that I add someone I had email contact with, long ago.

Hopefully that email didn't contain, "I never want to see you again you *bleep*."

So, I finally got around to combing through my entire Facebook timeline. Almost five years of photos, "likes", and status updates. I didn't find a single entry that was embarrassing, or worthy of removal, and I didn't really think I would.

Can I stop panicking now, or are the bad guys still coming to get me?
