The mom said he had "befriended" their daughter. Counsellors might call it "grooming" for other purposes.

And I don't believe for a moment that he thought that.

Elderly woman falls. Steal her purse.

(At least the guy went into store and told someone she needed help.)

Finding him didn't take long.

Now, he will be easily recognizable and everyone will be watching for him. People will be watching, pointing and telling everyone else what a low life, piece of crap this man is.

I wish people would stop calling this guy a man.

He is male, but by no stretch of the imagination is he a man!

You are so right about the "man" aspect. Other than being a male over the age of 19 (which constitutes a man). He is nothing more than a "blight". If DuPont could come up with a spray that would eliminate this waste by-product, I would proudly invest heavily in that company and product. I was just being polite and politically correct as I could, at the time of writing my comment.

Who steals a dog? Someone's dog is tied up! Oh look, I think I'll just steal this animal bonded to an owner, right now.

At least this low has a happy Christmas ending, :smt111

Here's another one, going around a flagger in an avalanche zone? Think much? This could easily go in "yer an idiot" too but it's low because someones life was clearly endangered. I hope the slew of charges stick and bury him.

Who hacks a pacemaker anyways? However, a security patch is on it's way for pacemakers.
