Out of respect, they will decline posting the reason.

I think that's crap. Busybody folks just can't keep their noses out of others business.
How come no one is getting fired for putting a baby in an oven?

They put it out in the public domain, did it against their employer's policy and cannot in any way be compared to the baby in the oven joke - apples and oranges.

Crap. They lost their jobs because their employers were backed into a corner by a lynch mob who would have gone after the employers next had they not tossed the two "offenders" to the wolves. And those that took part in this crucifixion sit at home smug and anonymous telling themselves that the kids deserved what they got. Crap says me.

Very disrespectful. Definitely not a bright move at all.

What a lardy waste of skin. Hope she gets spat on by a hobo who hasn't showered in days. Human twinkie vacuum has no moral barometer whatsoever - clearly doesn't understand what's right and what's wrong. Don't care what happens to this little goblin of a human being, jobless or employed, hope she gets AIDS from the same hobo (no offense to people with AIDS).

Their employer said not to post dubious, disrepectful pictures on Facebook?

It is a very stupid thing to do. Disrespectful no doubt.

I don't think there was any malicious intent, it was just a joke in poor taste. Hardly worth the uproar it has caused. I wonder how many would be crying for blood if it was their own daughter who did this? We are watching a bloodthirsty mob seeking to punish simple stupidity, not exactly the moral high ground in my opinion.

A code of conduct needs to be maintained and it appears these ladies crossed the line and on the employer's dime.

I had to go back and check the video to be sure...and there is no mention of them being on shift when this admittedly stupid and self centered "look at me" photo was taken. Gotta agree with Fluffy here...another internet mob lynching.

She was there during work time, a trip they made with residents of a care facility she works at - which is why she can get the boot. She's 30, even her Father is ashamed of her behaviour. Glad she has been dismissed

I stand corrected, there is a line in Fancy's link - typo and all that indicates they were on company time.

Terminated they should be...and are.

I still say its BS. as if other people haven't done something stupid. I'd be filing wrongful dismissal suits as actual job performance is not in question.
Again, busybody too much time on their hands Internet lynchmobs.
