If everyone sued over that alone the courts would come to standstill.
So common sense says don't do something foolish outside of your home, because chances are it will be filmed. lol
Private vs Public.
If you are in public, it is expected that you *may* be filmed and photographed by other members of the public.
If you are on private property, they need to post signs saying who owns the cameras and where you can call to obtain a copy of your image. Those laws are not being followed, and your privacy is being eroded because of it.
Look all over town, there are "private" camera everywhere. Who is on the other end of them? Who owns them? What are they doing with the images? They need to post signs, but do not.
It wont matter to you until you find out a 21 year old security guard is masturbating to your images of you in the change room at Target, or your images end up on a voyeur fetish website.
Not to mention that statistics on preventive video surveillance shows that it's practically non-existent. Even in relation to criminal investigations it's effect is quite limited So not only are we being watched illegally - there is no justifiable reason for it!

Yes, but if she is hot, you could invite this 21 year old security guard to dinner and who knows where this will lead you.
Sarcasm is like a good game of chess. Most people don't know how to play chess.
