So why are humans letting the basket rot?

Bad air.
Polluted Oceans.
Mountains of trash, all extracted in one way or another as a plant fiber, metal, animal waste or earth product, allowed to pile up.
Entire species wiped out.
Entire eco-systems, wiped out. Rainforests, reefs, ocean oxygen deadzones, rafts of trash in oceans which wildlife swallows.
Introduced species are a problem world wide.
Entire tracts of Earth, paved over. Another strip mall? Really?
See the latest news that animal populations have plummeted 30% or more across the entire globe?

And on and on.

The World Without Us is a book which explains how nature would heal.

So we take people out of here, to another planet. So what? To do what? Have a company logo attached to them?
