How many times do we read about drivers with more than 1 DUI on their record.
We need a foolproof way of stopping them. I know, that's a pipe dream .

I agree that is something we need to work toward, but executing people is not an answer I'll support.
As an aside, did you know that traffic deaths by DUI are now third in BC after speed and distracted driving.
