I smoked for over 40 years.
Tried multiple times in the final 10 including the patch many times.
Finally after we moved to the valley I went to:

Took them longer to explain it than to do the treatment.
Been over 5 years since I quit and no desire to go back to it again.
Can't stand getting close to anyone that does smoke now.
It worked for me.

If you stop buying packs of smokes u will find its not hard to quit . Just don't smoke for a couple days . If u get that far u got er beat
