Hollywood movie earns $1 billion. Gaza people starve.

So Avengers made $1 billion so far.

What would happen if Hollywood made a movie that told the truth about the Gaza slaughter of 3,000 people?

Anyone know?

Would people pay to see it?

Those Hollywood producers are tricky though - During one rather epic set piece, a fight between Iron Man and Hulk, their plummeting bodies take down a skyscraper in Johannesburg in a manner that could only be meant to evoke our collective image of a collapsing World Trade Center. Makes people think buildings really do collapse like that sometimes.

But they'd probably die before they would make a true movie about Gaza.

$1 billion spent by people on Avengers.

If I was a 'Big Five' Hollywood studio producer, the movie would start like this:

The camera would show a typical Palestinian downtown scene with restaurants, cars,
people walking and shopping for groceries etc. Then the next scene would be alarms,
and Israeli schoolchildren would have scared looks on their faces.

Then it would jump back to Gaza and the sign on the front of the building would say "Hamas Headquarters"
A guy inside would be on the phone and he would say "Yes Mr Ahmadinejad - I got the cheque. I deposited
it in my account this morning. For $1 million" and he would give an evil grin. then he would go outside and get into his vehicle
and he would cover up a rocket in the back of the old small pickup truck and he would
drive out to the desert.

It would jump back to the Israeli school where the alarm is going and kids are running all around.
Then the camera would show the Hamas guy set up the rocket and fire it across the desert towards a city.
It would be a great movie, because the best part would be the "extreme firepower" that Israel uses
on the helpless Gaza citizens. with tanks and bombs and explosions everywhere. And lots and lots of killing.

It would be a blockbuster movie - making $billions.
