That's the first thing which came to my mind too. It's not going to stop at only sex with the landlord. There will eventually be plenty of "opportunities" to make a little extra money.

Not men in general, but one particular man or at least a certain type of man that takes advantage of women who are in vulnerable and desperate situations. That is not right, and most men would not do that.
