What's the easiest way to lose weight?

Would so rather be over educated that a knuckle dragging Neanderthal bereft of critical thought and imagination. Although in the case of Neanderthals, that's quite the insult.

Fought this battle all my life. Last summer I dropped 35 lbs . By gardening. Eating greens . Being too broke to drink much . Walking my dogs . . I for the first time in my life gained less than 25 lbs over the long winter . I was over 240 at start of last spring . Rite around 230 today . Wish I could do better . However if we had better growing season I could lose more weight . It is very hard in winter . I won't eat veggies if they r not from my yard for the most part .Nothing good comes from California. That's the only thing I learned from dad

Follow the Canadian food guide (reduce or drop unnecessary carbs, removed sugars as a goal), exercise daily doing both cardio & weights.

Don't expect results overnight, just as it took time to put on the weight it will take time to come off.

I have never tried Yoga but I bent over to pick up my keys once so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't like it.

Exactly what I was thinking. Avocado on a burger, so delicious!

Easiest way to lose weight? Make a lifestyle change with your diet (and exercise) you can actually live with, which I believe involves moderation. Eat the d*mn guacamole bacon burger, just not everyday.

Very simple eat less, exercise more and do it slowly at a rate you can maintain long term. If you're really serious cut out alcohol and most certainly marijuana. Quick, fad solutions seldom work. Everything except exercise in moderation.
Consider how hard it is to change yourself and you'll understand what little chance you have of changing others.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes their way.

At least its got a hold on the pickles and onions - pickles are riddled with sodium which can't be good for you!

Todays society has created the problem, people are expected to work more with technology now making work accessible to most 24 hours a day. This creates ease of access to work emails, etc and the feeling of needing to respond to these when received instead of spending time creating healthy meal plans and getting out and smelling fresh air which is good for the body.

butt sitting

going on in the world today.

Park at the farthest parking stall to where you are going.
Walk to the mailbox instead of stopping the on your way past it.
Grab your coffee at coffee break and take it on a walk around the block.
Take the stairs.

Take coffee black no sugar.... have healthy snacks i.e unsalted nuts etc.... etc. Each little thing just adds to last change one makes.... before you know it, you feel better about yourself.
