Thats right, lets treat them and expect them to act like little adults.

I don't expect children to act like adults but I do think one kid(s) urinating on another is completely unacceptable.

One doesn't need to be an adult, or anywhere near that, to know that's just wrong.

Not sure what the 'treat'ing comment refers to?

Check out the clip Ferri just posted Dizzy you will hear that the reporter states that the child

was urinated on by older child(ren).

The Day Care is available for all elementary students not just pre-school or lower grade students.

Looks and sounds like the 5 year old has been targeted by others...and some older than he.

So sad.
