If you keep mixing, after a few generations it will be extremely difficult to distinguish the so-called "whites" from "blacks", both of which will be in the minority. The blacks consider mulattos to be white, the whites think they are "black" in the super racially-sensitive US.Mexico for instance doesn't seem to have the same racial tension. The vast majority of mulattos are neither, they are various shades on cafe au lait. Yes, the odd very pale person or very black person will occur, but you will need skin police to figure out who gets the vote (for 90% of the population) and who doesn't.

Skin color is not just a simple, one gene affair, there are many genes involved which influence the tone of the skin.
